Presentation by Francois Bregnac, Interim General Director of Lyon’s Urbanism Agency for Lyon at the Learning from Europe Seminar that was held at BDP Brewhouse Yards in London on 8 November 2012 ahead of the 2013 Urbanism Awards. Lyon was a finalist for 2013 European City of the Year and was recognised for their Creative Re-use of the River Banks on the Rhone.
