Duncan is an experienced public servant who has worked across England on town and city centre renewal. Duncan was involved in commissioning master plans for Corby New Town and Worcester City Centre, Substantial redevelopments in Lancashire and Lincolnshire and estate renewal in several places. Duncan’s focus is not however on design but on scheme initiation – getting great ideas off to the best possible start.
