The Graduate Development programme is for graduates and young professionals to widen their skills and understanding of practicing urbanism. It offers hands-on practical experience through workshops, seminars, design projects and visits to the Academy’s Great Neighbourhood Award finalists.
Learning from London – the value of place
In the first year of the programme, 12 graduates from Barratt Homes will participate in the programme. The key objective is to establish and communicate the core principles of urbanism in relation to neighbourhoods, with an emphasis on residential development, in London. The participants will learn through active dialogues (walking and talking) and direct interaction with mentors, professionals, communities and Academicians.
