Chelmsford Ideas Festival / Groundworks – Yellow Fish Talk

The Chelmsford Ideas Festival has several events under the umbrella of ‘Your City’ supported by The Academy of Urbanism.
Groundworks is a national charity that helps people live and work in Greener Ways . This talk will outline Groundworks’ work in Essex and in particular look at their ‘Yellow Fish Project’ and its objectives for Chelmsford.
